Introduction

Our group of companies operates as a family business and has been present on the Balaton real estate market for nearly 10 years. Our real estate developments, carried out as our own investments, are characterized by a comprehensive approach — from planning to key handover — utilizing the experience we have gained over the years.

Our trained professionals have already made their mark in almost every segment of the construction industry, having participated in numerous commercial, industrial, municipal, and residential projects as both general contractors and investors. We have strong references in residential park projects around Lake Balaton, and our work is known for its quality and reliability.

Over the past years, we have built nearly 200 apartments in popular Balaton towns such as Csopak and Balatonkenese. In all of our real estate developments, we apply our decades of design and construction experience, which we are continuously expanding. We tailor our apartments to the needs of our clients, always prioritizing the buyer as our most important partner. We create value through quality and reliability. This approach is reflected even in the selection of development locations — such as the iconic southern shore of Lake Balaton, specifically the high bluff of Balatonföldvár, which offers a breathtaking panorama spanning nearly the entire lake, from Akarattya to Badacsony.

The striking elegance of the lake even inspired Károly Eötvös, who once said:

“Look at the sky and you’ll see Lake Balaton, look at Lake Balaton and you’ll see the sky.”

This exceptional region with its unique characteristics was discovered as early as the 4th century BC by the Celts, but its true flourishing as a vacation destination began in the late 19th century, thanks to the Széchenyi family.

This marked the beginning of the golden age of Balatonföldvár, during which the town became one of the most distinguished settlements on the southern shore of Lake Balaton, still preserving the elegance and order envisioned and realized by its founders.

Magaspart Residence
Balatonföldvár

The property is located next to the Balatonföldvár Museum of Maritime History (observation tower), along the planned access road, at the highest point of the nearly 6-hectare development area. Due to its location, each apartment built here will enjoy a unique panoramic view.

The newly constructed residential blocks, each with 26 apartments (2×26), will be situated in the upper third of the plot, offering excellent views and taking advantage of the existing elevation difference of nearly 4 meters. In front of the property, a road, sidewalk, and parking spaces will be built, allowing one-way entry and exit towards Road 7. The planned buildings will be separated from Road 7 by an existing wooded strip. Being the highest lot, the buildings will be constructed on the upper section of the plot, parallel to the southern boundary line, according to previously applied development regulations. The two buildings — consisting of a garage level + ground floor + first and second floors + penthouse level — will be connected at the lowest garage level.

On the basement level, there are utility rooms, bicycle storage areas, and optional private storage units for apartments. On the southern part of the plot — forming the larger unit — a community-operated bathing and recreational area will be established, harmonizing with the small residential houses emerging on the opposite side of the new road and the neighboring block developments. To the east of the buildings, the “Celtic Promenade” leads to the “National Flag Monument,” from where a spiral staircase provides access to the new marina being built at the Western Beach. A truly exceptional location with unparalleled views.
