When something is successfully implemented and valuable experience is gained, that knowledge should be applied to future projects. This was the foundation for the design of the Kenese Liget buildings. What has once been successfully realized, offers experience worth building upon. This philosophy guided the planning of the Kenese-Liget residences. The central motif is the building located at Széchenyi Street 7, originally constructed as the "Otthon" holiday home and inaugurated in the early 1900s. Over time, the structure has undergone several renovations and is now an integral part of the town center. This building will be fully modernized to serve as a residential and commercial condominium, featuring 30 apartments ranging in size from 30 to 65 m², with retail units on the ground floor. Its original architectural form will be restored, complemented by modern building technologies and mechanical systems that meet today’s standards.
Under the name Prémium Family, the building will function as a mixed-use residential complex.
On the rooftop, a lushly landscaped green terrace will be created, with direct access to the ground floor commercial units. Along the eastern side of the parking facility, adjacent to the property boundary, a summer swimming pool will be constructed.
On a nearly two-hectare, southward-sloping plot toward Lake Balaton, seven free-standing residential buildings will be developed in three phases, totaling 93 apartments. These buildings will be 3 to 5 stories tall, with 9 to 17 apartments each, and feature enclosed garages on the ground floors. Apartment sizes (excluding terraces) will range from 58 to 120 m².
The concept evolves from our developments in Csopak, further improved with enhanced insulation systems and custom energy-efficient mechanical installations, while preserving the architectural character and functionality.
A 4,000 m² wooded lot, owned by our company, lies on the northwest boundary of the site, separated by a planned pedestrian pathway. We envision constructing two standalone apartment buildings here, accessible from Széchenyi Street. These buildings, named Prémium Liget, will be designed in harmony with the natural surroundings and feature varied heights adapted to the sloping terrain, offering a unique aesthetic. The project especially caters to those who value peace and tranquility.
The proximity of Lake Balaton and the central location of the property ensure excellent usability and investment potential for the apartments.
This was our first development on the northern shore of Lake Balaton, located in one of its most charming areas. On a 1-hectare plot, we built 74 apartments across six buildings, and due to their popularity, we decided to replicate this concept in Balatonkenese with the Kenese Liget residential park. The buildings’ appealing design, the practical apartment layouts, and the proximity of the lakeside and beach all provided unique advantages that contributed to the project's success.
